Schutt Performance Training

- All ages - 4 weeks
-Three 1 hour training sessions/week
-Every Mon/Wed/Fri beginning Oct. 30th and ending Nov. 25th.

This strength and agility training will be volleyball specific with an emphasis put on increasing the athlete's vertical jump and first step explosiveness.
